Returns / Cancellation
If you would like to exercise your 14-day right of withdrawal or return your ordered product, please fill out the form below.
We will send an automatic confirmation upon receipt of your request, and our customer service team will contact you shortly regarding the next steps for your return.
Please include the following in the comments field:
-Order number
-Name of the product you wish to return
-Request for exchange or refund
-Your bank account number if you are requesting a refund
IMPORTANT!! IT IS NOT SUFFICIENT TO RETURN THE SHOES IN THEIR BOX AND TAPE IT SHUT, AS THIS DAMAGES THE SHOE BOX ITSELF, WHICH PREVENTS ITS FURTHER RESALE. IN ALL CASES, IT MUST BE PACKAGED IN SUCH A WAY THAT NEITHER THE SHOES NOR THE BOX ARE DAMAGED DURING RETURN.
